In the course, the students will get to know the major commercial documentation (commercial, customs, export and transport).

A description of the Incoterms will be given.

The different payment mechanisms will be exposed, an overview of the risks and the tools to mitigate risks will be explained.

A first introduction to the construction of a Supply agreement (general content, review) will be presented.

Finally a global approach to the understanding of the international environment will be shared.
